Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering Prize Draw. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.1. To enter the prize draw entrants must enter the barcode from the Technolube bottle you have purchased and your personal details online at www.technolube.uk.com. There is no alternative entry route. Internet access is required to participate. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted.
2. The prize draw opens at 9:00am Tuesday 1st April 2014 and closes at 17:00pm Monday 30th June 2014. All entries must be received before the closing date.
3. A1 Motor Stores does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
4. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over who purchase a bottle of Technolube Oil. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this prize draw. One entry per person.
5. Prize: £5,000 gift voucher to spend on any Thomsons holiday, no cash alternatives will be offered. The gift voucher can be used as full or part payment for travel products at any Thomson travel shop. Excludes all travel money related products, currency, traveller’s cheques and prepaid cards. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase another voucher. The gift voucher will expire on 2nd June 2016.
6. The organisers reserve the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value should any prize mentioned become unavailable. It will be the prize winner and there travelling companion’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken. All insurance and other expenses unless otherwise stated, are costs for the prize winner and are not provided as part of any holiday prize. Holiday prize consist of flights and accommodation only.
7. Unless otherwise stated, all holiday prizes must be taken within twenty four (24) months of the closing date of the prize draw or the prize will lapse. Holiday prizes are also usually subject to terms and conditions required by the provider which will apply to the prize winner. It is the responsibility of the prize winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) to check any travel advisories issued by the Government and determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the holiday destination. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner and their travelling companions (if applicable) arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the Government.
8. The prize winner and their travelling companions (if applicable) must comply with and are responsible for obtaining any inoculation and health regulations required by any holiday prize destination country.
9. We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or their travelling companion (if applicable) should any prize winner or their travelling companion (if applicable) not redeem a holiday prize as a result of any Government travel warning or advisory applicable to the destination country and/or countries or for any other failure on their part to travel. In particular, we shall have no obligation to substitute any alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner and/or their travelling companion (if applicable) fail to redeem a holiday prize for any reason.
10. Prize winners and their travelling companions must comply with the terms and limitations of airlines, other transport providers, and the venues involved in the provision of any holiday prize, including insurance policy relating to the holiday. In particular, entrants must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
11. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date of the draw with instructions on how to claim their prize. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the promotor sending notification. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize A1 Motor Stores reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.
12. The name of the winner can be obtained 21 days after the closing date by sending a SAE requesting such names to Technolube Prize Draw, A1 Motorstores, Unit 20, Waterfield Way, Sketchley Meadows, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3ER
13. A1 Motorstores may publish the names of the winner on the Technolube website and/or on other promotional material and every entrant gives its consent to A1 Motorstores doing so by participating in the prize draw. Furthermore the winner consents to taking part in photographs and reasonable publicity to appear in unlimited publications in connection with this prize draw.
14. We may from time to time use your Personal Information to send you information by email or post about us, our products and/ or other information that you may find useful. If you do not wish to receive this information please contact us using the following email address; admin@a1motorstores.co.uk. We may also use your Personal Information when you participate in certain promotional activities (for example, if you participate in one of our Prize draws, we may use your Personal Information to conduct that competition, publicise your identity if you are a winner, and/or to add your Personal Information to database for the other purposes.
15. A1 Motorstores reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time, without prior notice. Any decision made by A1 Motorstores in relation to this prize draw is final and binding.
16. In exchange for the right to participate in the prize draw, each participant agrees to (a) these Terms and Conditions and (b) release and indemnify the Organiser from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant’s participation in the competition.
17. A1 Motorstores will take no responsibility for any personal injury, death, loss or damage arising from the entrants participation in the prize draw or from the enjoyment of the prize the entrant may win.

19. This prize draw will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
